I am pleased to write to you to confirm my intention to share with my
professional colleagues, information regarding IT Operations as a new service
provider to Western Suburbs Endoscopy Services (WSES). As I have mentioned
previously, I firmly believe in letting professional colleagues know if I have a
particularly positive experience with a service provider. We at Western Suburbs
Endoscopy Services are very satisfied with our experience of IT Operations, and
thought a letter expressing that would be appropriate, and useful for your
business.
Our agreement with IT Operations to supply and install a local area
network for our Day Procedure Centre and to then provide us with ongoing
technical support under a Technical Support Agreement has to date been fully
acted upon. The efficiency and professionalism of the network build activity
itself, and the post-implementation support IT Operations offered our staff,
made any disruption to our day-to-day operations and service provision minimal -
an absolute necessity given the nature of our business and the desired optimum
outcome of any business.
The conscientious, friendly, and professional manner in which IT
Operations operates, and your experience with IT in medical practices, has seen
the timely resolution of difficulties our staff have encountered with the new,
setup. Of particular note in this regard is Chris Ricks; Chris’s ability,
knowledge and personality has ensured that any anxious moments during this
period have been overcome easily, allowing our staff to become acquainted with a
slightly different, but improved, IT environment.
In summary, we at Western Suburbs Endoscopy Services appreciate the
value IT Operations delivers as an IT services supplier, and we confidently look
forward to a continuing high level of support and the assured stability of our
